Human Resource services consists of employee recruiting, creating personnel documents, and employee onboarding. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Training - Whether you have a smaller organization of 2-3 people or a larger company with over 100 employees our DEI certified consultants offer a comprehensive employee training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our consultants possess a DEI certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. We offer in person or virtual training based on your company's individual needs. We incorporate videos, interactive learning tools, guest speakers, panel discussions, learning materials, and offer open in-depth conversations to uncover what micro and macro aggression, implicit bias and other negative behaviors that can exist within an organization.
